This piece connects the wearer's life and the shape of a snowflake. Lives are snowflakes - unique in detail, forming intricate patterns in an endless repetition of a small miracle. A snowflake begins to form when an extremely cold water droplet freezes onto a pollen or dust particle in the sky. This creates an ice crystal. As the ice crystal falls to the ground, water vapor freezes onto the primary crystal, building new crystals – the six arms of the snowflake. Like many of designer John Brevard’s works, this piece was inspired by natural forms and geometric patterns. This necklace is a timeless and elegant statement piece.
